Role

National - Remote: As a Regional Loan Officer, you will drive national expansion across our investor focused product suite: FNF, New Construction, Bridge, DSCR, Multifamily. This position is built for top performers with a portable book of proven business and designed to double your production by leveraging your existing book of business while capitalizing on a powerful marketing engine that provides warm leads. You will have hands-on support from Sales Directors, an elite operations team, and an advanced tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Forecasa) to ramp quickly to $3M+ in monthly fundings. A Sales Supervisor Program provides 1-on-1 mentorship for those new to the company, ensuring you have the resources to build a dominant business.

Compensation

Lima One invests in top talent and rewards high performers. This starts with a generous base salary and uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings of $200,000+. For top performers with a proven book of business, signing bonuses and guaranteed commissions are available as well as the opportunity to earn equity. Aggressive accelerators and bonuses push earnings even higher. The benefits package is just as strong.
