Role

New York, NY - On-site: As a Growth Engineer at Warp, you'll dive into the heart of our engineering-growth nexus, shipping tools that turbocharge back-office automation. This spot's for self-starters with founder grit - those who've grown with startups and understand the rapid pace and requirements. From day one, you'll develop projects blending AI agents for HR/payroll ops with data pipelines that spot compliance gaps or predict churn. You'll need hands-on Python/SQL experience; TypeScript/React for building sales dashboards and internal tooling; A/B testing, RevOps automation (billing/recognition flows), and the ability to collaborate with sales/product teams across Warp. You'll iterate fast while mentoring the next wave of Warp builders in our no-BS, high-agency culture.
