Role

New York, NY - On-site: As an AI/ML Engineer at Warp, you'll lead the build of AI agents that automate startup back-office tasks. This role suits grinders with founder energy who excel in 0-1 creation and fast shipping under pressure. Hands-on from day 1, you'll design secure AI systems using LLMs like GPT or custom models, integrating them into financial workflows for real-time compliance and optimization of fraud detection and risk management. Key skills: LLM experience (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, LangChain agents); model expertise on capabilities, limits, and secure setups; strong Python/TypeScript (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face); track record shipping AI to production quickly. Partner with product teams to overhaul HR workflows, while hiring and mentoring innovators in Warp's no-nonsense culture.
