Role

Remote | 5-10 Flexible Hours Per Week This is outreach built for closers, not grinders. You'll work a curated list of warm leads: VPs, C-suites, and owners at fast-growing U.S. companies under 100 employees. Think tech, SaaS, health tech, fintech - firms with confirmed active postings and real momentum. They're scaling, and they need talent yesterday. We've handled the setup: enriched profiles, an automated multi-line dialer focused on mobiles only (10% connect rate baked in), and no admin drag. Log in, make the calls, and jump into conversations with leaders ready to move. Your job? First, deliver the pitch cleanly, handle pushback smoothly, and ask for their top-priority role. We'll follow up with a curated list of prime candidates to build real trust and show what we're capable of. Then seal the deal: collaborate with our Founder to secure their commitment to a recruiting campaign that moves the needle.

Compensation

You'll earn a $15/hour non-recoverable draw for every active hour — meaning the phone is ringing or you're in a live conversation. You’ll earn another $100 draw when a client signs our contract and begins a campaign. Our current call team averages one new client per five hours of calling - since there is zero risk for clients, there is little to no pushback. The cherry on top is a $2,500 one-time bonus per client once Hypersourced gets paid for placing their first candidate. Story

Hypersourced was born in 2017 as a defensive measure inside my scaling IT reseller. We were bleeding cash on "standard" recruiting fees for candidates who looked good on paper but exited within a year. The epiphany was sharp: overachievers don't job hunt. The best talent is already happy and well-paid, meaning traditional job boards and recruiter networks are just serving up the leftovers. We refused to settle. We built a proprietary forensic data engine to bypass the "active" market entirely, allowing us to identify and headhunt the top 1% of passive talent who deliver actual ROI. We don't read resumes from the pile; we engineer the list.
